Our Work Flow
Talk To Us
When you call AC/a, you get a real person on the phone, not a complicated voice mail system. You’ll be referred to the appropriate team member for your project and if they are unavailable, they’ll get back to you soon – really!
We’ll meet with you on-site to work out the scope of your project, at no charge. We’ll discuss possible challenges, alternatives, and methods to meet your project needs. Following that, we’ll provide a detailed project scope of services and cost estimate for your review and approval.
We get to work; planning, engineering, designing, and surveying. We’ll work with regulatory, municipal bodies, and project vendors on the approval process. An AC/a representative will be onsite, if needed, to manage overall construction and ensure the integrity of the project.
The Durand School District has a long-term relationship with AC/a – they’ve done a variety of projects for us and are involved in the mechanical engineering of the District’s new building/remodeling projects. They understand what you need and what your staff can control. Their project designs are cost effective and practical. AC/a is easy to work with and responsive to our needs.Greg Doverspike
I had a big rezoning project. Matt Hieb walked me through the process and suggested setting up two lots to make it easier for future expansion or sale, something I wouldn’t have thought of. He attended meetings and stayed in touch with the city planner to make sure the whole process kept moving. AC/a was prompt in everything they said they’d do. Impressive!Randy Deiss
AC/a worked with Polaris on various design/build and renovation projects to our manufacturing facility over the past ten years. They’re very good at working within budget constraints, tight timelines, and our particular challenge of increasing production capacity without expanding beyond our current blueprint. They understand what we need, are available when we call, and are easy to work with.Chuck White
