Our Approach
AC/a utilizes a Project Manager approach alongside the scope of our services. The Project Manager will communicate with and assemble all appropriate personnel for each individual project and task, attend necessary meetings, maintain and monitor the project budget and schedule, and address any issues that arise throughout the project in a timely and professional manner. We strive to include stakeholders in decisions, and provide technical support and assistance throughout each phase of your project, maintaining the cost-effectiveness and feasibility of each decision made. This practice begins during the project development phase, into the design phase, and continues through construction. As a project team, our objective is to create finished products that not only meet their functional goals, but are also sustainable and an enhancement to the community.
